8. Yep, harvested my first clutch of Romas today. Four beauties waiting for fun.
   We need to get together and do a tomato testing sometime. With bacon of course. Maybe I can do up some sourdough and we can have BLTs with different tomato components side by side.
   On another note: you have any suggestions or recipes for jerky? I’m picking up meat from Ted tomorrow (hopefully) and am looking to jerk up some for an upcoming backpacking trip……….any ideas?

   I sure don’t. I was going to do that last winter and never got around to it. Ted has a young woman working for him, she makes it with his meats. It’s GOOD.
